Information used by HomeFlow

HomeFlow uses an account identifier and your chosen name. If you register or link an email account, Firebase Authentication processes your email and authentication credentials. Anonymous accounts are also supported.

The information you enter is stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore to provide household features and sync: household membership, tasks, notes, assignments, due dates, recurrence, bills, amounts, currencies, shopping lists, income and savings goals. Other members of your home can see its shared information. Do not enter information you do not want to share with them.

Firebase Cloud Messaging processes installation/device identifiers and reminder information to deliver notifications. Firebase Authentication also processes IP addresses for account security and abuse prevention. Firebase services receive technical information such as app/SDK versions and device platform. Local settings and a local cache are stored on your device. Notifications depend on phone permissions and system settings. If you use an email invitation or recovery feature, the email recipient and message are processed by the email delivery service used by DamoTools, including Resend.

Purpose and service providers

We process this information to provide the features you request: account access, a shared home, synchronisation, reminders, budget calculations and support. Google Firebase provides authentication, database, backend functions and messaging. Email providers deliver requested messages. These services process information on our behalf; shared household information is shown to the members you choose to join.

HomeFlow does not connect to your bank; financial information is entered manually. This app version does not integrate advertising or analytics SDKs. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections to the services above. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

Account and household information is retained to provide your ongoing service until it is removed or you request deletion. Support correspondence is used to handle your request. You can contact us about access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Where data must be retained for a legitimate legal or security reason, we explain its scope and period when handling your request.

Email info@damotools.eu. Requests are handled manually after identity verification. We remove the login account, profile and associated personal data, or anonymise personal information in shared records as appropriate. Other household members’ accounts and data are not automatically deleted. You can request deletion without reinstalling the app.

Przetwarzane dane i cele

HomeFlow korzysta z identyfikatora konta i wybranego imienia. Przy rejestracji lub powiązaniu konta e-mail Firebase Authentication przetwarza adres i dane uwierzytelniania. Obsługiwane są także konta anonimowe.

Dane wpisane przez użytkownika trafiają do Google Firebase Cloud Firestore w celu działania i synchronizacji domu: członkowie, zadania, notatki, przypisania, terminy, cykle, rachunki, kwoty, waluty, zakupy, dochody i cele oszczędnościowe. Wspólne informacje widzą domownicy. Nie wpisuj treści, których nie chcesz im udostępnić.

Firebase Cloud Messaging przetwarza identyfikatory instalacji/urządzenia oraz informacje przypomnień. Firebase Authentication przetwarza też adres IP w celu zabezpieczenia logowania i przeciwdziałania nadużyciom. Usługi Firebase otrzymują informacje techniczne, np. wersję aplikacji/SDK i platformę urządzenia. Telefon przechowuje ustawienia i lokalną pamięć danych. Powiadomienia zależą od zgód i ustawień systemu. Przy użyciu zaproszeń lub odzyskiwania e-mailem adres odbiorcy i wiadomość przetwarza dostawca poczty używany przez DamoTools, w tym Resend.

Dane służą logowaniu, wspólnemu domowi, synchronizacji, przypomnieniom, obliczeniom budżetu i wsparciu. Firebase obsługuje logowanie, bazę, funkcje serwerowe i wiadomości, a dostawcy poczty dostarczają żądane wiadomości. HomeFlow nie łączy się z bankiem: dane finansowe wpisujesz samodzielnie. Ta wersja nie integruje SDK reklam ani analityki. Połączenia z wymienionymi usługami są szyfrowane, ale żaden system nie gwarantuje całkowitego bezpieczeństwa.

Przechowywanie i usuwanie

Dane konta i domu przechowujemy w celu świadczenia usługi do ich usunięcia lub zgłoszenia usunięcia. Korespondencję wsparcia wykorzystujemy do obsługi zgłoszenia. Możesz zgłosić dostęp, poprawienie lub usunięcie swoich danych. Ewentualny uzasadniony prawnie lub bezpieczeństwem zakres i okres dalszego przechowywania wyjaśniamy przy obsłudze zgłoszenia.

Zgłoś usunięcie konta i danych

Napisz na info@damotools.eu. Zgłoszenia obsługujemy ręcznie po potwierdzeniu tożsamości. Usuwamy konto logowania, profil i powiązane dane osobowe lub odpowiednio anonimizujemy dane we wspólnych wpisach. Nie kasujemy automatycznie cudzych kont ani całego wspólnego domu. Zgłoszenie jest możliwe również po odinstalowaniu aplikacji.
